About This Role

The Mission

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you'll own the commercial relationship for assigned MVNO partners. This is a strategic, partner-facing role focused on growth, retention, renewals, and long-term account performance.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end commercial relationship for assigned MVNO partner accounts.

Drive revenue growth through upsell, expansion, and account optimization opportunities.

Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, pricing updates, and commercial negotiations.

Monitor account performance across usage trends, revenue, and profitability.

Build and execute account plans aligned to partner growth goals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for non-support customer needs.

Develop strong executive and operational relationships across partner organizations.

Lead recurring business reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Align customer objectives with Atomic Mobile's solutions and capabilities.

Partner with the Atomic Response Team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Coordinate cross-functionally with Billing, Product, and Technical Operations.

Track key performance indicators such as retention, churn, ARPU, and growth.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in account management, customer success, or telecom operations.
  • Strong understanding of telecom industry fundamentals, including MVNO and MVNE models.
  • Experience managing commercial relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience handling contract discussions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
