Turn Your Telecom Relationships Into Recurring Revenue
You spent years building relationships and learning how telecom really works. Those relationships have value. Atomic Mobile is building a network of experienced telecom professionals — a telecom sales partner program where you identify opportunities and make introductions, and participate economically in the business you help bring to Atomic.
You bring the relationship. Atomic brings the platform, technology, carrier relationships, and execution.
A Different Kind of Telecom Sales Opportunity
Experienced sales leaders, executives, consultants, and channel professionals are increasingly looking for ways to stay active in the industry without immediately stepping into another traditional full-time sales position. At the same time, companies everywhere are looking for better ways to launch wireless services and MVNOs, deploy IoT connectivity, and offer Fixed Wireless Access.
The Atomic Partner Network sits at the intersection of those two opportunities: introduce qualified business to Atomic and earn ongoing commissions on eligible business you help generate. This is not about handing you a list and asking you to make cold calls — it combines your industry knowledge and relationships with Atomic's wireless infrastructure and execution.
Traditional sales compensation frequently ends when the job ends. We think there is another model: structures typically include ongoing revenue participation on eligible business — not one-time referral bounties — so a successful relationship may continue generating income well after the initial introduction. Specific structures vary by opportunity and partner involvement, and are discussed individually with selected partners following qualification and execution of a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA).
Who Should Consider Becoming an Atomic Partner?
The Partner Network is designed for experienced professionals who understand telecom, wireless, connectivity, technology, or the businesses that rely on them:
You do not need to become a full-time Atomic employee to create meaningful value — and in some cases, the right partnership may become the beginning of a deeper relationship with the company.
What Opportunities Can You Bring to Atomic?
Atomic operates across a broad portion of the wireless ecosystem, which gives partners multiple ways to identify opportunities. You do not need to know exactly which Atomic product solves the problem — make the connection, and we'll figure that out together.
MVNO Launches & Migrations
Companies that want to launch their own wireless brand — or move an existing MVNO to a stronger platform. New launches, brand extensions, private-label wireless, and vertical-specific MVNOs.

How the Atomic Partner Network Works
Apply
Tell us about your background and the types of opportunities you typically encounter. You do not need to disclose confidential customer information during the initial application.
Meet with Atomic
Selected applicants meet directly with the Atomic team. We want to understand your experience and relationships — and you should understand how Atomic operates and which opportunities fit our platform.
Execute an MNDA
Before discussing confidential customer opportunities, pricing, or commercial structures, qualified partners execute a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Establish your structure & register opportunities
Some partners primarily make introductions. Others stay involved throughout the sales process or build an ongoing portfolio. We agree on the commercial structure with you directly, and approved partners register qualified opportunities to establish ownership of the relationship.
Atomic executes — you participate in the success
Atomic handles solution architecture, carrier strategy, pricing, contracting, implementation, billing, and ongoing operations. When eligible partner-generated business becomes revenue for Atomic, partners may receive ongoing commissions based on the structure established for that relationship.
Not Looking for Another Traditional Sales Job?
You may not need one.
Some of the most experienced people in telecom have spent decades building relationships across carriers, customers, vendors, technology companies, and the channel. A career transition should not make those relationships irrelevant.
The Atomic Partner Network provides another way to stay active in the industry, create new opportunities, and potentially build recurring income around the expertise and relationships you already have.
For the right people, it may become a meaningful business on its own. For others, it may become the beginning of something larger with Atomic.
Why Partner With Atomic Mobile?
One partner, multiple opportunities
An IoT conversation may become an enterprise mobility deployment. An enterprise customer may want its own wireless brand. Atomic's breadth lets you pursue opportunities across segments without finding a new provider each time.
Deep telecom experience
Atomic was built by telecom professionals with decades across carriers, MVNOs, MVNEs, IoT, billing, and operations. We know the difference between selling connectivity and actually operating it.
Bring the problem, not the solution
Atomic works across the wireless ecosystem to find the right connectivity and commercial structure. You don't need to architect the technical solution before making an introduction.
Recurring revenue potential
Structures typically include ongoing revenue participation on eligible business — not one-time bounties. A successful relationship may keep generating income well after the initial introduction.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Atomic Mobile Partner Network?
The Atomic Mobile Partner Network is a program for qualified telecom, wireless, IoT, technology, and business development professionals who want to introduce opportunities to Atomic Mobile and potentially earn ongoing commissions on eligible business they help generate.
Is the Atomic Partner Network a full-time job?
No. Participation does not necessarily involve employment by Atomic Mobile. Partners may participate as independent referral, sales, channel, or strategic partners depending on the relationship established with Atomic. Any potential employment relationship would be discussed separately.
Does Atomic Mobile pay recurring commissions?
Qualified partners may be eligible to receive ongoing commissions from eligible business they introduce or help develop. Compensation structures depend on the opportunity and partnership relationship and are discussed directly with selected partners.
How much commission does Atomic Mobile pay?
Atomic does not publish a standard commission percentage because opportunities vary by product, customer, revenue model, margin, and partner involvement. Structures typically include ongoing revenue participation rather than one-time bounties, and are discussed individually with qualified prospective partners, generally after execution of a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Do I need telecom sales experience?
Telecom experience is strongly preferred, but relevant relationships and expertise may come from adjacent areas including IT, MSP services, enterprise technology, IoT, hardware, connectivity, mobility, broadband, and consulting.
Can former carrier employees become Atomic partners?
Potentially, yes. Professionals with experience at wireless carriers, telecom providers, MVNOs, MVNEs, IoT providers, and related technology companies may be strong candidates. Applicants are responsible for complying with any continuing contractual, confidentiality, non-solicitation, non-compete, or other obligations to current or former employers.
Do I have to disclose my contacts when I apply?
No. The initial application should focus on your background, experience, and areas of expertise. Confidential customer opportunities should not be disclosed until an appropriate relationship and confidentiality protections are in place.
Can MSPs participate in the Atomic Partner Network?
Yes. Managed Service Providers increasingly encounter customers that need wireless connectivity, mobility, IoT, Fixed Wireless Access, and private-label wireless. The Partner Network gives MSPs a way to address those requirements without building a wireless platform internally.
Can I participate while working elsewhere?
Potentially. Every applicant is responsible for ensuring participation does not conflict with obligations to a current employer, customer, partner, or other organization. Atomic will not knowingly encourage anyone to violate confidentiality, employment, non-solicitation, fiduciary, or other contractual obligations.
Can becoming a partner lead to a position with Atomic Mobile?
Possibly. The Atomic Partner Network is not presented as a pathway to employment, and no employment is promised. However, Atomic is growing, and successful working relationships sometimes create opportunities neither party anticipated at the beginning.
Help Us Build the Next Generation of Wireless
Atomic's mission is bigger than selling SIM cards. We are building infrastructure that helps companies launch, operate, and scale wireless businesses — and we believe some of the best opportunities will come from people who already understand this industry.
If you know wireless...
If you know the people building it...
If you know the companies buying it...
We should probably know each other.
