Alianza announced it has acquired Skribby, a Belgium-based meeting-bot and multi-model transcription platform, to integrate Skribby’s meeting connectivity and transcription capabilities into its Alianza Crux orchestration/intelligence control plane.
Why it matters
This gives a telco-oriented communications platform native access to meeting environments (Teams, Zoom, Meet) and multi-model transcription — accelerating operator-facing AI-enabled conversation services and creating a new distribution channel for meeting-driven conversational apps.
