Berlin-based cellular IoT connectivity provider EMnify raised $57 million (€50 million) in Series B funding from growth investor One Peak to scale its cloud-native IoT SIM and connectivity management platform globally.
Why it matters
EMnify's cloud-native, API-first approach to IoT connectivity foreshadowed where the whole MVNO stack was heading — connectivity sold like a SaaS product rather than a telecom contract.
